𝗔 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 A quick visit became a meaningful affirmation of inclusive education as DepEd Region XI Regional Director Maria Ines C. Asuncion, CESO III toured 𝘽𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙮 𝙋𝙖𝙜-𝙖𝙨𝙖 at Panabo City National High School, home of 𝐆𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐩, DepEd Panabo City's flagship homeschooling program. Director Asuncion engaged with Alternative Learning System (ALS) teachers and learners, taking time to appreciate the handcrafted souvenir items created by the learners—symbols of their creativity, resilience, and hope for a brighter future. She commended School Principal Manuel M. Esperanza and the dedicated teachers for sustaining a program that provides quality learning opportunities for learners under unique circumstances. Strengthening collaboration between the education sector and local government, newly assigned Department of Education (DepEd) Region XI Regional Director Maria Ines C. Asuncion, CESO III paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Jose E. Relampagos of Panabo City yesterday.

The visit reflects DepEd Region XI's commitment to fostering strong partnerships with local stakeholders, recognizing that collaborative leadership remains essential in delivering accessible, equitable, inclusive and high-quality basic education for every learner.

Joining Regional Director Asuncion were Panabo Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) Jinky B. Firman, CESO V, Assistant SDS Basilio P. Mana-ay Jr., CESO VI, and Gemima V. Galang, Head of the Public Affairs Unit of DepEd XI.
